We have worked with iSunn Tanning Salon since they opened in 2019, developing their logo and branding, building and updating their website and managing their online advertising and social media. In 2021, we developed an online store for iSunn, where they sell tanning products.
One of the challenges that iSunn faced was tracking the parcels they shipped to their online customers. We developed and integrated a parcel tracking system that allows the iSunn team and the customers to see the order status, updated in real-time as the parcels pass through the Royal Mail network. Customers also receive automated emails from the iSunn website at crucial moments in the delivery process. The parcel tracking system improves customer service and loyalty, and makes it easier for the iSunn team to manage their online store.
