iSunn Tanning Salon, based in Portishead near Bristol, offers sunbeds and spray tans to its customers. In August 2021, we developed an online store for iSunn, where they sell a wide range of tanning products online, such as tanning accelerators, bronzers, protective eyewear and more. We’ve since been helping them grow their e-commerce business by managing their Facebook, Google and Bing advertising campaigns and providing ongoing SEO work, increasing their organic reach.
One of the challenges that iSunn Tanning Salon faced was managing and tracking the parcels they shipped to their online customers. They wanted to provide a seamless and convenient experience for their customers, who could quickly check the status and location of their orders.
We developed and integrated a parcel tracking system that allows the iSunn team to enter a Royal Mail tracking number when processing the order. The customer can then see the order status updated automatically when the parcel is scanned by Royal Mail at different points of the delivery process. The customer will also receive automated emails generated by the iSunn website at crucial moments in the delivery process.
The customers can access the parcel tracking system from their account dashboard on the iSunn website, and from links in the automated emails. They can see the current status of their order, such as Dispatched, In Transit, Out for Delivery, or Delivered.
The parcel tracking system will reduce the number of customer queries and make it easier for the iSunn team to manage their online store and provide reliable customer service, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
